Martin's notes: I remember this was the last song I wrote for ‘Ichabod’. I wrote it at the flat I lived in on Huskisson Street in Liverpool 8. I think the title has something to do with a trip we had been on. We played this the
first time we were ever on the telly; it was at the Town and Country Club 2 (now the Garage) on Highbury Corner for SnubTV.
Lyrics: Dream dream now, down by the river, calls on me. Drift drift down to where the sun meets a sea. Can’t even say my name or close my eyes. Happens to us all I know. Where is he? And what is written? Sleep, sleep, sleep. To die seems so easy. Happens to us all I know.
