The Boo Radleys - Find The Way Out

Lyrics/Notes

 Almost Nearly There

Martin's notes: Written on the train from London to Preston after a long tour, this reminds me of the golf game we had set up in the live room and our friends Ian and Mary who ran our fan club being there with us when we recorded it. I think Andy and I stayed up all night working on the middle section. We were playing really well together at this point and Sice’s voice sounds amazing.
Lyrics: I can't wait until tomorrow, I don't see how I'm going to sleep tonight. We'll take the car down to the river, or if it's cold we'll curl up inside. I've waited months just for this moment, the train is only at Crewe, but that's alright. The ticket man has just punched my ticket, the smoking section is jammed tight. This is how it's meant to be. I miss the beauty of our mornings, I know you get up early but that's alright. I'll make your breakfast I'm still yawning. Wave at the car until it's out of sight.
